Hon. Mangale Munga Chiforomodo, MP Lunga Lunga Constituency who was elected through United Democratic Movement has been in office for two years now and this is his track record in terms of development.

His track record will be outlined in four main dimensions that is :-
1. EDUCATION
In education, we will discuss the education reforms that he has brought in place in the education system.
The bursary for secondary school,TVETs and university students. The bursary reforms
The school infrastructure improvement which include the classrooms constructed and their geographic distribution,labaratories,administration blocks,school buses and the ablution blocks.
2. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
We will discuss the cabro pavings constructed and their distribution.
The murraming, heavy grading and culverts installation of impassable roads.
The offices he has built :-

(b) D. Os offices
(c) Police stations and posts
3. How he has EMPOWERED his people ECONOMICALLY.
Through :-
I. Opening of a broad based SACCO
II. Uwezo fund
4. AVAILABILITY
We will discuss the benefits that are brought as a result of the Honourable MP maintaining a close range with his electorates
Including :-
KISCOL issues
Miungoni land disputes
Animal- human conflict resolution
Attending social events.
1. EDUCATION
I. Bursary reforms.
Hon. Chiforomodo increased the bursary kit by 100%. Literally it doubled from 35 Millions to 70Millions by 2024/2025.
This has seen the increase of schools receiving a greater amount of bursary funds compared to other years.
The eradication of E and D grades in high school is one of his policies that he is implementing.
He held consultative meeting with the education stakeholders ranging from the :-
Teachers,
Parents and students in each school and discussed performance in details. Measures were put in place to curb the and eliminate the bad grades in high schools.
In his tenure Hon. Chiforomodo has put in place directives to make sure the day scholars get upto 10,000 shillings as a bursary fee.
It has reduced the fee burden to the already over burdened parents.

(k) Delivered desks to the following primary schools
- Kanana Genesis primary school -40 desks
- Kiranze primary school - 45 desks

-Maro primary school - 90 desks
-Nguzo primary school- 90 desks
- kivuleni primary school - 90 desks
-Jasini primary school- 90 desks
- Mtudwini primary school - 90 desks
(l) Lockers,chairs and a water tank to Lunga Lunga VTC
(m) Mwena secondary school administration block - ongoing construction
(n) Kiwegu secondary school :- Ongoing construction
(o) Mtudwini primary school :- Ongoing construction.

2. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Hon. Chiforomodo has done several cabro pavings with Lunga Lunga Constituency which include :-
i. Mwangulu town -400m
ii.Tswaka village -200m
iii. Vanga town - 200m
iv. Mamba town - 200m
v. Kikoneni town - 200m
Hon. Chiforomodo has renovated police station and police post.
I. Lunga Lunga police station :- Renovation
II. Jego police post
Bengo Police post
Kiwegu Assistant chiefs office.
Kidimu ACCs Office
Hon.Chiforomodo has done opened up roads, he has done gavelling,murraming,heavy grading and installation of culverts at several points of the roads.
He has done the following roads :-
Mwereni - Petulani road
Mwereni- Kiliamangodo-Magombani - Bidinimole road
Petulani - Mtumwa road
Lungalunga - Kalwembe road
Kwa Muoki - Menzamwenye road
Kwa Muoki- Kiranze road
Mwamgulu - Bengo -Mwananyamala-Kikoneni-Mwachande road
TM- Kiruku-Kikoneni road
Hon. Chiforomodo has constructed to mega dams in
Mrindadze and
Mwena villages to address the water scarcity problem
The dams are fenced using chain link and distinct water points for both humans and animal use.
3. Hon. Chiforomodo has ECONOMICALLY EMPOWERED his people through various means.
Which include :-
Using his own money from his personal accounts he opened the Lunga Lunga TuchapeKazi SACCO.
At the moment the SACCO is financial independent with 1150 membership.
From june 2024 members were able to access loans based on their savings.
The SACCO has done two mega harambees to boost its capital and the moment it has over 5 Millions in account.
The lowest amount a member can save is 50 shillings which any member can afford at a time.
UWEZO FUND DISBURSEMENT
He gave Uwezo Fund cheques to groups of men and women who are doing business.
The recent disbursement he gave 4 Millions shillings to the groups at Mwangulu town in the presence of the Deputy Governor Hon. Chirema Kombo and the Women Rep Hon. Fatuma Masito.
He also took over 200 youth to driving school and made sure that they acquire their driving lincences.
4. AVAILLABILITY and ACCESSIBILITY
Hon. Chiforomodo is available and accessible everyday except from tuesday to thursday where he is attending parliamentary proceedings.
Every weekend he attends VSLAs Share outs - Men and women table banking at the grasstoots level
Weddings,parties and burial ceremonies -he attends every weekend.
Availability and accessibility has solved problems as they arise in society for instance :-
Human-Wild animal conflicts
Land grabbing such Miungoni and KISCOL lands
Hon. Chiforomodo has spearheaded the gazettement of Lunga lunga constituency as a hardship area.
He has organized big tournaments in football where dignified leaders across the divide have come and graced his occasions several times.

Mimi kama mkaazi wa lunga lunga constituency, ni furaha kubwa sana kuona Mhesh amefanya yale masuala muhimu zaidi yanayoleta maendeleo kwa wakaazi wote wa lunga lunga, yaani ile kazi tulitarajia ifanyike kwa miaka tano Hon. Chiforomodo ameifanya kwa miaka miwili tu!
